Product Features:

13"-13" two burners wok range overall dimensions: 43"W x 45"D x 64"H
Cast Iron wok chambers (inside with cement) are manufactured with a high resistance towards fire.
Iron top of wok range.
A cooling water pipe is included. Your contractor needs to install it on the top of the wok range to help reduce the high heat temperature. Please turn on the cooling water valve before cooking.
A standard waste basket located at the right-side corner - inside of the drain bar.
Removable wok back splash and side splash are assembled with screws which allows getting into narrow entrance and makes maintenance easier
This unit has individual "L" shaped handle gas valves that provide easy access.
Wok swing faucet automatically turns on when spout is swung over wok.
Stainless steel removable drip tray under each burner, for grease, and waste.

Notes:

The incoming gas line pressure should be 6" W.C. for natural gas, 11" W.C. for propane gas.
Gas inlet size: 1-1/2".
Drain connection required: 1-1/4" NPT connection positioned on the back.
Water connection required: 1/2" NPT water connection positioned on the back.
