Shipping policy
- We offer FREE shipping!
- We provide fast, free shipping by standard or economy shipping.
- Most items are shipped within 14 business days after receiving cleared payment.
- We ship to the lower 48 contiguous states, domestic only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or undeliverable addresses.
- You will be notified from us as soon as your items ship out.
Special Notice for Freight items:
- Custom made items CAN NOT be cancelled and returns.
- A liftgate delivery is included for item over 150 lbs (to offload the package from the truck to the ground).
- Delivery address (a valid commercial business address) is required.
- A valid phone number will be required so that the carrier can contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You will also need to contact the shipping company terminal to confirm your delivery appointment.
- The item is delivered with curbside delivery only. We do not offer or arrange for inside delivery.
- Receiver signature will be required. Please make sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location.
- Freight items must be inspected upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or broken when the carrier delivers, the customer must take pictures of any damage to the pallet or equipment and refuse the delivery. Please write the damage note on the shipping receipt and send it back to the freight carrier. This will help with claims under any of these situations.
